Eligibility: The Campus Bite App is intended for use by individuals who are located within the boundaries of the University of the Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan.
Registration: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be your responsibility.
Restrictions: Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
Ordering Process: Users can place orders for food, beverages, and other products available on the App from partner restaurants and stores.
Delivery Areas: Deliveries are strictly limited to specified locations within the University of the Punjab campus.
Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, traffic, or restaurant preparation times may cause delays.
Order Responsibility: Campus Bite acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or condition of the food/products provided by partner vendors.
Payment Methods: Users can pay using the payment methods available on the App, such as cash on delivery, mobile wallets, or other digital payment systems.
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.
Compliance: Users are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method.
Vendor Policies: Refund and cancellation policies vary by vendor. Users are encouraged to review the individual policies of restaurants or stores before placing orders.
Cancellations: Orders canceled after confirmation may incur cancellation fees, subject to the vendor's policy.
Refund Requests: In the case of disputes or issues, users should contact Campus Bite support. We will liaise with the vendor to resolve the issue, but the final decision rests with the vendor.
Privacy Policy: User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the App.
Data Collection: By using the App, you consent to the collection of personal information, including location data, to enhance the functionality of the services.
Data Sharing: We may share your information with partner vendors and third-party service providers solely to facilitate order processing and delivery.
Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the App, is the property of Campus Technologies or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Restrictions: Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content on the App without prior written permission from Campus Technologies.
Third-Party Content: Some content may belong to third parties. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activities: Users shall not use the App for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or harassment.
Interference: Attempting to disrupt the functionality of the App, such as hacking or introducing malicious code, is strictly forbidden.
Misrepresentation: Users may not impersonate other individuals or provide false information.
No Guarantees: The App and its services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Campus Technologies does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
Vendor Accountability: Campus Bite is not responsible for issues related to food quality, allergies, or delivery delays caused by vendors.
Limited Liability: Campus Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or its services.
